Residents of Stuart can participate in this event by either hosting a traditional Yard Sale on their property or reserving a booth at the Central Market.

For residents hosting a traditional Yard Sale on their property, set-up and take-down are at your convenience.

Central Market
This is for those who want to sell their stuff in a fun, central location versus in front of their house.

Our neighbors at the LDS Church (corner of W. Main and Woodward) have opened up their parking lot for us to have a central location for residents of Stuart who may not have adequate yard space, parking available, or want to to hang out with their neighbors for a day.
​
Residents who participate in the Central Market will be designated only a space in the LDS Church parking lot to set up items.
​
All other set up materials (table, chair, sun/rain cover, etc) must be brought by the resident.
​
The Stuart Historic Neighborhood Association will have an on-site coordinator present for the duration of the event.
